You can forget a key, but not your own finger. Opening the door with your fingerprint is just one of the many ways you can increase comfort. From electrical door openers to automatic closing systems and radio controls, Schueco offers system solutions that can be integrated into every home. And increase its value.
The automatically-controlled building envelope is a topic with a great future. Numerous functions such as shading and security must be combined to optimise energy consumption. This is achieved with automatic opening and closing systems for windows, doors, sliding systems and solar shading that control natural ventilation cycles, and daylight and sunlight-dependent shading systems, which ideally are coupled with internal lighting, heating and climate control. Surface-mounted or integrated side-hung door drives provide ease of access. The lack of door thresholds also allows for an individual design of the sill, e.g. through the use of the automatic threshold gasket.
Thanks to its high degree of functionality and an individual choice of modules with a timeless design, the Schueco Door Control System combines style with comfort and security. From effective access control with fingerprint or code keypad to comprehensive door communication with video camera, intercom system and call button, the door management system offers a wide range of application options for ensuring the security of your home. Moreover, an LED spotlight, a back-lit house number and a movement sensor can enhance the entrance area in terms of both function and design.
The flush-fitted installation of the DCS modules in the door profile and the high-quality surface made of black glass give the system a refined, exclusive character. The uniform, timeless design of the modules and their variable arrangement offers great design freedom. Decorative units, which are available in all RAL colours on request, offer a further opportunity for individualisation.
In 2012 the Schueco Door Control System won the if product design award and reddot design award for outstanding product design.
